Jasmine Dev graduated from The University of Leicester. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. As a student, she worked in a high volume firm specializing in criminal law which is where she completed her articles. She is now a criminal defence lawyer whose advocacy is focused on defending criminal charges throughout Ontario before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers Association.
She has represented persons charged with driving offences, violent offences including domestic matters, robbery, firearm offences, drug trafficking, mischief, distributing intimate Images, uttering threats, and all forms of sexual offences.
Jasmine has extensive knowledge of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the exclusion of improperly obtained evidence.
