Thomson Ho earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and obtained his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2016 and practiced exclusively in criminal defence there for eight years before returning to Toronto. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2025.
During his time in New York, Thomson worked as a public defender representing individuals charged with a wide range of criminal offences, including serious and complex criminal matters. He regularly appeared in court advocating on behalf of his clients and litigating contested matters. He has conducted bail and evidentiary hearings and tried cases before juries.
Thomson is committed to protecting the rights of individuals facing criminal charges and approaches each case with careful preparation and strategic advocacy. Drawing on his experience in criminal defence, he is dedicated to ensuring that every client is heard and receives strong and principled representation.
